BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Dalem Property Group will offer professional Building Managers to oversee the building upon appointment. The Building Managers report directly to the Operations Manager, with their responsibilities centred on the building’s day-to-day operations and management. They ensure that the integrity of the building presentation is maintained that residents’ security and safety is maintained, and that any repair is addressed and managed appropriately.
Our Building Managers are on call 24/7 in the event of an emergency to ensure that any after-hours situations are handled in a safe and timely way. The administrative personnel will assist the Building Managers in providing assistance and direction as needed.


THE BUILDING MANAGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Manage all ESM scheduling and upkeep
• Oversee all OC maintenance and scheduling
• Manage workflow procedures to guarantee the timely completion of all building operations-related tasks
• Within the Defect Liability Period, record and communicate with the construction firm on Defect Management
• Maintain an exceedingly high cleanliness quality and the building’s appearance
• Oversee on-site teams (concierge, cleaning and security)
• Complete resident building and amenity installation
• Providing people with information and updates
• Respond to all questions from residents
• Manage all facility and move-in/move-out bookings
• OC Rule Implementation
• Manage all service providers with whom you have a contract
• Be in charge of all data and information administration
• Providing OCM and OCMC with building reports
• Manage workflow procedures to guarantee timely completion of all building-related tasks and to maintain building compliance
• Control and manage the presence of all visitors and contractors
• Manage and keep all work health and safety processes and procedures up to date
• Manage any building management budgetary needs and costs successfully to guarantee the facility runs as effectively as feasible
